KICKSTART PACKAGE
4-hours (Face2Face or Skype)
Aim:
Exploratory/Clarifying - to discover, decide, clarify and believe, in order to take that first step to change your life.
For those of you who are:

New to coaching
-
Wanting to make a change in life, either professionally or personally but are unsure of how and when to do it

Aiming to achieve a specific goal and require support in moving forward with it
-
Facing one or two obstacles and want support to overcome them
Will improve:
Self-awareness, self-confidence, change management, stress management, decision making
Additional information – Clients will be provided with:

Exercises and tools that will support their journey
-
Clarity and understanding at the end of each session, which will be demonstrated through agreed actions
Your Commitment:

60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions – either weekly or fortnightly for a total of 4 hours
-
1x 2-hour initial session
-
2x 60-minute follow-up sessions
Please note: this package can also be taken as a half-day intensive session.

DEVELOPMENTAL PACKAGE
8-hours (Face2Face or Skype)
Aim:
Behavioural - to dispel limiting beliefs and negative self-talk, and to have a clear idea of how you are going to achieve your goals.
For those of you who:

Are clear on what you want to achieve/aware of
your goals -
Have a set time frame to achieve your goal

Want to develop others as well as yourself
Will improve:
Self-awareness, self-knowledge and self-outcomes as you learn how to pick up on key words and phrases that are preventing you/others from being at your/their best, and conversationally lead in new directions with them.
Additional information – Clients will be provided with:

Specific exercises and tools that will aid and support actions needed to achieve your goal/s.

Agreed, timed telephone conversations and/or email outside of agreed sessions for support and accountability
Your Commitment:

60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions – either fortnightly or monthly

1x 2-hour initial session

6x 60-minute follow-up sessions

ADVANCED PACKAGE
16-hours (Face2Face or Skype)
Aim:
Growth and Discovery - to become clear about your identity, and identify your own purpose
For those of you who:

Focus on self-modeling – knowing that you are your own best expert in how to be successful in the world

Through a contrastive analysis, be able to map across how you can learn from yourself and take the best elements of what works into the place where you are less than effective
-
Look at VAK (Visual, Auditory, Kinaesthetic) and the key differences when you are at your best and when less effective. Recognise what changes occur
-
Use DISC Personality Profiling to unlock your own potential and that of others
Will improve:

Self-awareness, self-knowledge and self-outcomes

Efficiency and effectiveness
-
Self-management and motivation
-
Recognition of problematic patterns of behaviour

Communication skills
-
Ability to resolve conflicts or power struggles more quickly
Additional information – Clients will be provided with:

Specific exercises and tools which will aid and support actions needed to achieve your goal/s.

Agreed, timed telephone conversations and regular email communication outside of agreed sessions for support and accountability

2x Booster sessions – one month and two months post final coaching session
Your Commitment:

12x 60-minute follow-up sessions

For all packages, flexibility is key. Where necessary or preferred, packages can be split into 30-minute sessions or combined into 90-minute sessions.
Discounts available when purchasing more than one package.
Additional sessions can be added to any of the packages at a pro rata hourly rate.
All packages are valid for 12 months from booking.
